Carlene W. ingram - Founder/CEO
Carlene W. Ingram is a native of Union Springs, Alabama. She is married to Dr. Timothy J. Ingram, Sr. from Charlotte, North Carolina. They reside in and enjoy country living in Alabama.
Carlene is the mother of four amazing children, Jessica, Adrienne, Charlene, and William, along with five super smart grandchildren who teaches her how dynamic motherhood is.
By vocation, Carlene is a bachelor’s prepared Registered Nurse. Her career has spanned over 3 decades. She has served a great part of her career in leadership positions. She primarily specializes in the areas of Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing. She has successfully led Interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary teams, to healthy, efficient, and functioning sources and resources for the population served.
Carlene has built hybrid inpatient mental health services, opened inpatient substance abuse centers, opened correctional mental health housing units, and much more.
By calling, Carlene is an Ordained Elder, which allows the spiritual component for holistic nursing to flow with ease. Where with the passion she brings to them all is fueled by the ministry of soul care.
Carlene is known as “The Soul Care Warrior™.” Her pursuit in this often misunderstood and overlooked area, is directly related to many traumas she experienced in her life. As a “church girl” she has first-hand knowledge of spiritual abuse, which is often perpetrated by “unhealed leadership.”
Having that knowledge formed the well which springs forth and allows her to teach and release healing to those destined to meet her. She believes, soul care, at its’ base, is the process of gently providing a practical and therapeutic guided pathway to bringing the soul (your essence, true self) back to the beautiful canvas of its beginning, pre trauma. Her unwavering commitment to those within the Body of Christ and those who are not is simply this: To serve as a catalyst for soul healing and restoration.
Carlene is the founder of, “Spiritual and Emotional Wholeness in the Body of Christ™.” SEWBOCC, which birthed “Soul Search Saturday. ™”
Carlene is the Chief Executive Officer for, Finding My Elbow, LLC and HAWS and Company Enterprises, LLC. She has authored two books, Pearls Along the Pathway to Destiny and Pearls, Practical Tips for Adding Beauty, and Value to Your Life’s Journey. The latter can be found and purchased on Amazon. She is also a contributing author for the anthology called, “Soul Cries.” Carlene has penned over a dozen original, contemporary songs, which are registered with the Library of Congress, titled, “Body of Praise.”
